Michael G. Mann College Scout Scholarship Application
Eligibility: Applicants must be Eagle Scouts in their senior year of high school or attending college. ( A $250 Scholarship is awarded to a selected New York City Eagle Scout)
Annual Application Deadline: June 30th
All applicants must include the following:
1. Two (2) personal essays (250-500 words)
Essay subject #1: What Scouting meant to you; Essay subject #2: Your future and professional aspirations
2. Two (2) letters of Recommendation
The Michael G. Mann College Scholarship was established by his widow Marcia Kaplan-Mann, in honor and memory of her beloved husband, Eagle Scout and longtime Scoutmaster of Troop 8 in Brooklyn, Michael Mann.
