1. Decide which Boy Scouts of America organization(s) you want to support.
You can support your local Boy Scouts of America Greater New York Councils or the National Foundation.
2. Choose an estate plan that is right for you.
Using your will or trust:
Here is sample bequest language to provide your attorney: “I give, devise, and bequeath specific amount, all, or a percentage of the residue of my estate to GREATER NEW YORK COUNCILS, BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA. 350 5th Ave, Suite 7820 New York, New York 10118 to be used for its general purposes.”
Using beneficiary designations for your retirement or financial accounts:
Contact your retirement plan administrator or financial institution and request a beneficiary designation form. You can designate all or a percentage of your account.
3. Complete and return the Bequest Challenge Documentation Form:
